Nadya Kanarieva founded Phoenix Career in 2015 after a successful tenure as a specialist ICT headhunter at a top London-based telecoms and BSS/OSS recruitment firm.
Throughout her recruitment career, Nadya has consistently helped IT and Telecom vendors and Consulting companies identify, engage with and hire top performers in the ICT sector. Industry leaders such as Ericsson, HPE, NTT DATA, Tata Consultancy Services, CGI and STC have utilized her high-level recruitment services and expansive professional network.
Phoenix Career was established with a very clear mission – to bring more reliability, accountability and efficiency into the craft of recruitment.
