We are simply specialist ICT headhunters who decided to go a slightly different path, after spending a good number of years in IT recruitment.

When we say we specialise in telecoms and IT recruitment consulting we mean it – our goal is to be knowledgeable about the sectors we specialise in, to bring you the best in high-level headhunting services as well as to be consummate, genuine consultants and advisors.

Phoenix Career was established in 2015 with a very clear mission – to bring more empathy, accountability and efficiency into the craft of recruitment. 

What Phoenix Career believes in is a truly collaborative process, i.e. putting the “consultant” back in “recruitment consultant”. This means that we put our clients’ needs first, and we place an emphasis on quality over quantity as the foundations of the way we do business.
